Obstacles on the Journey to Gender Equity

In this section, we'll explore four obstacles to gender inclusion that Zain - like many other companies - may face:

  • Obstacle 1: The perceived lack of qualified women to recruit
  • Obstacle 2: Implicit bias and microaggressions
  • Obstacle 3: The perceived lack of qualified women to promote
  • Obstacle 4: Budget constraints

In the upcoming videos, you'll watch dramatizations in which these obstacles are brought to life.

As you watch each video, use the Global Inclusion Model to diagnose the issues that may be contributing to the obstacles.

Your insights may help Zain reach - and perhaps even exceed - their gender inclusion goals.
